BRIEF HISTORY OF THE SEMINARY
The Apostolic Bilingual Seminary began in 1978 as The Apostolic Bilingual Training Centre (BTC) with the objective of training Pastors of The Apostolic Church Cameroon. In 1992 the school was upgraded to a Bible College then known as The Apostolic Bilingual Bible College (TABBC) awarding Diploma in theology (DTh.) after three years of studies. After many years of experiment and careful studies, the teaching staff and college comm...ee proposed to the National Council to commence a full fledged Seminary. This idea was embraced by the National Council, hence the school now becomes The Apostolic Bilingual Seminary (TABS) awarding A First Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Theology (B.A.) after three years of studies as from August, 2010. After many years of the existence of Pentecostalism in Cameroon, The Apostolic Bilingual Seminary (TABS) is set to train quality pastors who will be ready to face the academic and spiritual challenges of the 21st century. The Seminary now embraces the training of personnel from different denomina tions. You will be thrilled by her curriculum and teaching staff.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Apostolic Bilingual Seminary of Cameroon is a 3 year full time program leading to a Bachelor of Arts Degree in theology for the training of Gospel ministers.

To prepare students to serve with competence in any area of
Christian ministry and to provide readiness for related further studies and continued growth
To encourage missionary interest, vision dedication and response to global missionary service
To provide a quality academic program of studies for Christian ministry
To encourage all students to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to live consistent Christian lives, and to lead others to Christ.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
DIPLOMA
Must have a genuine call to the ministry
Must be of full membership with the church
Must have church recommendation from pastor/Group supervisor
Must pass the entrance Examination
DEGREE
Must have a diploma (with good grades)
Must have Church recommandation
Must pass the entrance Examination
Must have at least 4 papers in GCE O. Level including English. Other certificate (eg. A. level) recognized as of equal value for entry into Cameroonian universities are accepted subject to approval in each case by the Seminary
All candidates for the B.A. in Theology Degree must be recommended by the College, and qualified under any one of the following
The General Certificate of Education (GCE) A Level including English at the Ordinary level. Such candidates without any prior knowledge in theology such as Diploma in theology will have to go in for 4 years as determined by the college
Holders of Diploma in theology may take the degree course in three years depending on the schools decision following his/her transcript
Other certificates recognized as equal value for entry to Cameroonian universities are accepted subject to approval in each case by the college
